End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: April 24, 2026 · Effective immediately upon installation of the Application.

1. Definitions

In this End User License Agreement ("EULA"):

• "Application" means the software product PHP Business Authenticator distributed through the Bitrix24 Marketplace.
• "Licensor" means PHP BUSINESS ADVISORS LTDA, CNPJ 52.872.881/0001-34, with registered office at Rua Caracas, 754 — Vila Morangueira, Maringá, PR, Brazil.
• "Licensee" or "You" means the individual or legal entity that installs, accesses or uses the Application.
• "Bitrix24" means the cloud-based business management platform operated by Bitrix, Inc.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application within your Bitrix24 portal for your internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Application to any third party;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices of the Licensor;
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Data Storage and Ownership

The Application stores all data (including authentication secrets) exclusively inside the Licensee's own Bitrix24 portal. The Licensor does not collect, access, process, or store any user data on external servers. All encryption keys are generated and stored within the Licensee's portal.

Licensee remains the sole owner of all data entered into the Application.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and all its components, including but not limited to source code, graphics, text, and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Licensor does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Bitrix24 portal configuration.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

Loss of the encryption key (e.g., due to uninstalling with data cleanup) will render encrypted secrets unrecoverable. Licensee is solely responsible for maintaining backups.

8. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective upon installation and remains in force until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Application. The Licensor may terminate this EULA immediately if You violate any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Application.

9. Support

Support is provided by the Licensor through the channels listed at the bottom of this page. Response time is up to 24 business hours.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maringá, Paraná, Brazil.

11. Amendments

The Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Bitrix24 Marketplace and/or via the Application. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
